Testing Insights

After testing with a set of participants, we realized that

  • Participants felt that both the search and location features were important and found it helpful
  • Filters were appreciated as it saves the trouble of typing. The delivery tag and value for money was especially helpful.

  • People who are not familiar with street names might find it difficult to enter location. Would help to make gps location more accessible.
  • Location was helpful to visually see the distance
  • They would like to see more variety of tags (vegan, friendly staff, gluten free, sitdown/takeout, good customer service, timely manner)
  • Lot of people mentioned having more dietary restrictions
